​The Government of the United Kingdom, said that a target of 65 billion pounds worth of trade and investment had been agreed during the Crown Prince’s visit.

​Saudi Arabia is keen to procure these fighter jets to modernize its armed forces and develop key industrial capabilities critical to the delivery of Vision 2030.

​The Eurofighter Typhoon is a twin-engine, canard-delta wing, multirole fighter. The Typhoon was designed originally as an air superiority fighterand is manufactured by a consortium of Airbus, BAE Systems and Leonardo that conducts the majority of the project through a joint holding company, Eurofighter Jagdflugzeug GmbH formed in 1986. NATO Eurofighter and Tornado Management Agency manages the project and is the prime customer.
